On 11th February 2025, World Day of the Sick was solemnly observed at our centre. The programs begin with an opening prayer led by Most Rev. Bishop Jose Mukala. This was followed by a welcome address delivered by Fr. Chacko Karinthayil. The program included a variety of performances and presentations: choreography performed to honor the dignity of the sick and the healing ministry, skit presented by the staff of Holy Redeemer Hospital, highlighting the theme of compassionate care, and video presentationby theHealth Mission of the Diocese of Kohima, showcasing their outreach and service initiatives.
The event concluded with a vote of thanks by Sr. Dr. Rosmy, expressing gratitude to all participants, organizers, and guests.
The entire event was covered by the local news channel FNN, helping to spread awareness about the significance of World Day of the Sick and the compassionate work being carried out at the centre.
